Unique
La Vallée Verte is a terraced camp site positioned next to a wooded hillside and set in 30 hectares of grounds. The site can only be accessed along a 1 km track. The site is positioned right by the River Cèze, one of the tributaries of the de Rhône.
The camp site is under Dutch management. You will receive a warm and personal welcome and a motivated team is at your service. You can get the utmost enjoyment from your holiday!
Water
There are plenty of opportunities for swimming at this oasis of tranquillity, in the site’s own swimming pool or in the River Cèze with its beautiful banks and several pebble beaches right next to the camp site. The River Cèze is a wonderful challenge for anglers.
Walking
The camp site can be the perfect base for beautiful walks. You can take part in the organised hikes which are held weekly; small and hidden pathways will lead you to the most wonderful views.
Camping pitches
The camping pitches at La Vallée Verte are located on the various terraces which are spread across the hillside, some of which offer absolutely wonderful views.
Accommodations
In addition to renting a pitch for your tent, caravan, motorhome or trailer tent, we also offer you the opportunity to rent a fully equipped (new) mobile home. These mobile homes offer room for 4 to 6 people. The spacious Trigano frame tents (4 people) and basic wooden holiday chalets (4 people) are also available. Eating and drinking
There is a good restaurant on the site where you can enjoy a delicious summer meal. Ordering a pizza to take away is another option. You can enjoy a drink at the bar or on the terrace. Items including fresh bread daily and newspapers are available at the reception.
Toilet facilities
The camp site provides excellent, spacious toilet facilities, complete with cubicles, washbasins, showers, unlimited hot and cold water, toilets, children’s baths and every imaginable amenity. La Vallée Verte also offers family showers and showers in cubicles with a changing room.
Half way up the hill is a smaller second toilet block. This is equipped with 4 toilets and 2 washbasins (cold water).
Wooded
The grounds are located in the middle of woods. There is greenery everywhere and trees overhead. In addition to the many advantages there is also one small disadvantage. The local government has banned open (charcoal) barbecues due to the risk of fire…
Opening camping
The campsite is open from 28 April till 29 September 2012. Our reception is open daily from 8.30 till 17h. (After opening hours you can check in at the bar).
A part of the campsite has an access to handicapped persons or reduced mobility.

La Vallée Verte is inspected annually by ACSI and is an ANWB (Dutch motoring organisation) recognised camp site with ratings of 8.4 (general) and 8.5 (toilet facilities).
